  • Refund requests must be made within 5 calendar days from the date of course purchase.

  • No refunds will be initiated after 5 days, regardless of course progress or access.

3. Partial Refunds

  • In case of any disputes or exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered.

  • The decision to approve or deny a partial refund—and the percentage to be refunded—is entirely at the discretion of gameqa.in.

  • Such decisions are final and binding.
